About the event
Wilden is a gentle, nature-based mindfulness retreat designed to support children’s emotional wellbeing in a safe, nurturing environment.
Across three carefully held days, children are guided through age-appropriate mindfulness, movement, creative expression and outdoor activities that help them feel calmer, more confident and more connected to themselves and others. The retreat is rooted in trauma-informed practice, meaning every child is met with compassion, choice and respect for their individual needs.
