Saferoots offers full refunds on all products and services. Clients may request a refund at any time without the need to provide a reason. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. This policy reflects Saferoots’ commitment to fairness, safety, and trauma-informed practice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling sessions. Saferoots recognises that life circumstances can change unexpectedly and applies this policy with compassion and discretion. Persistent no-shows may result in services being paused or discontinued.

All clients and participants are expected to engage respectfully within Saferoots spaces, including online communities and group settings. Harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from services without notice.
